We protect and safeguard your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, misplacement, alteration, as well as unauthorized processing of your personal data.

PERSONAL DATA

The information provided by the User must always be true and complete. The User will be responsible at all times for the data provided and under no circumstances will HUUPA COFFEE be responsible for the veracity of the same.

The information requested from the user on the website www.huupa.coffee is: Full name, Contact telephone numbers, Postal address, Email address, Credit or debit card details. Your personal data will be treated based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in terms of the Legislation. The owner of the personal data authorizes HUUPA COFFEE to transfer the data provided by him to third parties (whether a natural person or legal entity), which due to the commercial relationship with HUUPA COFFEE require it for the full fulfillment of the business; it may also transfer them to multiple banking financial institutions for contact and marketing of their financial products or services. TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOKE THE CONSENT GRANTED

As the owner of personal data, the “User” may exercise the ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of their personal data), or revoke the consent given to HUUPA COFFEE , for the processing of their personal data, by sending their request directly to the Customer Service area through the email account contacto@huupa.coffee . Within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) business days we will respond to your request and inform you about the origin of the request through the email from which the request came. HUUPA COFFEE asks the user to update their data whenever it undergoes any modification, as this will allow us to provide you with an efficient and personalized service. 

TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION BY JUDICIAL REQUEST

HUUPA COFFEE only makes data transfers to comply with its obligations to its clients. HUUPA COFFEE will only share data when required by court order to comply with procedural provisions.
