Coffee from Chiapas: Soconusco Region

Soconusco is one of the most fertile regions in Mexico. Its location near the Pacific Ocean, its altitude above 1,200 meters above sea level and its variety of ecosystems make this place unique in Mexico, ideal for growing good coffee.

We discovered that the beans from this region of Soconusco de Tapachula, in the high mountains of Chiapas, Mexico, are ideal beans to be processed with our mesquite firewood and give them that very Huupa flavor. This region is full of life and passion for coffee.
